La calle Gigantes is a small pedestrian street that leads to la calle Carretería, a recently renovated street that runs through the center of the city and connects el Pasillo de Santa Isabel with la calle Álamos, finally leading to Plaza de la Merced.

La calle Gigantes takes its name from one of the gates that opened in the ancient walls surrounding the Arab city. It was located between the las puertas de Atarazanas and the Torre Gorda. Late check-in: it is possible to check-in after the allowed time for an extra fee of 30,00€ until 23:00h and after 00:00h for an extra fee of 40,00€.

Any breach by guests of the rules of conduct or repeated complaints received, guests are required to pay a penalty which will be deducted from the deposit previously paid, with the possibility of cancellation of the reservation.

Cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays of more than 7 days. Additional cleaning service at a cost of 20,00€/hour.

Non-refundable rate with 100% free cancellation up to 21 days before the guest’s arrival. From the 20th day before arrival, 50% of the payment will NOT be refundable.
